Privacy Policy

FacelessTube is a product of AI Venture Holdings LLC (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a technology company incorporated in the United States. We operate the website at facelesstube.com and the FacelessTube platform.

Account data. When you register, we collect your email address and a hashed password. If you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your email and display name from Google.

Organization and team data. If you create or join an organization, we store the organization name and the email addresses of invited team members.

Usage data. We collect information about how you interact with FacelessTube, including pages visited, features used, buttons clicked, and session duration.

YouTube channel data. We retrieve publicly available data from the YouTube Data API v3 for channels you choose to track. This data is public on YouTube and is not private information.

AI-generated content. We store the prompts you submit and the images generated by fal.ai Flux on your behalf.

Payment data. Billing and payment card information is handled directly by Stripe, Inc. We store only a Stripe customer ID, subscription status, and plan information. We never see or store your full card number.

Cookies and local storage. We use session cookies for authentication and may use analytics cookies to understand site usage (see Section 8).

To provide the FacelessTube service, including channel tracking, AI image generation, and content planning.

To process payments and manage your subscription via Stripe.

To send transactional emails, such as account confirmation, password reset, and billing receipts. You cannot opt out of transactional emails while your account is active.

To send product update and marketing emails, where you have consented. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any marketing email.

To improve and develop the platform by analyzing aggregated usage patterns.

To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:

Contract performance (Article 6(1)(b)): account data, billing data, and YouTube channel data processed to deliver the service you contracted for.

Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)): usage analytics for product improvement, fraud prevention, and security. Our legitimate interest does not override your rights; you may object to processing on this basis at any time.

Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): non-essential analytics cookies and marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)): retention of billing and transaction records as required by applicable law.

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

Right to Know: you may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, and the purposes for which it is used.

Right to Delete: you may request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.

Right to Correct: you may request correction of inaccurate personal information.

Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: FacelessTube does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. No opt-out is required, but see Section 6 for our explicit confirmation.

Right to Non-Discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

To submit a request, email legal@facelesstube.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request." We will respond within 45 days.

FacelessTube does not sell your personal information to third parties.

FacelessTube does not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

If our practices change, we will update this policy and notify you before any sale or sharing begins.

We share your data only with the following categories of service providers, each bound by a data processing agreement or equivalent terms:

Supabase, Inc. - database hosting and authentication infrastructure. Privacy policy: supabase.com/privacy.

Stripe, Inc. - payment processing. Privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.

fal.ai - AI image generation. Privacy policy: fal.ai/privacy.

Google LLC (YouTube Data API) - public channel data retrieval. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

Vercel, Inc. - hosting and content delivery. Privacy policy: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics companies that build profiles for advertising purposes.

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or valid governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FacelessTube, our users, or others.

Strictly necessary cookies. We use session cookies to keep you logged in. These are required for the service to function and cannot be disabled.

Analytics cookies. We may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our site. These are non-essential and require your consent, which you can grant or withdraw via the cookie banner on our site.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or behavioral tracking technologies. We do not use session replay or heatmap tools.

You can manage cookies in your browser settings. Disabling session cookies will prevent you from logging in.

Account data is retained until you delete your account. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page, or by emailing legal@facelesstube.com.

Usage logs are retained for 90 days and then deleted.

Payment and billing records are retained for 7 years to comply with financial record-keeping requirements.

AI-generated images and prompts are retained until you delete them or delete your account.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access a copy of your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict certain processing; receive your data in a portable format; and withdraw consent for consent-based processing.

To exercise any of these rights, contact legal@facelesstube.com. We will respond within 30 days (EU/EEA) or 45 days (California).

If you are in the EU/EEA, you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (a list is maintained by the European Data Protection Board at edpb.europa.eu).

FacelessTube is not directed to children under the age of 13 in the United States, or under the applicable age of digital consent in other jurisdictions (16 in much of the EU/EEA).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child under the relevant age of consent, please contact legal@facelesstube.com immediately and we will delete the information.

FacelessTube is operated from the United States. If you are located outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.

For transfers of EU/EEA personal data to the United States, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted by the European Commission where applicable, and ensure that our service providers maintain equivalent protections.

In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected users and relevant supervisory authorities within the timeframes required by applicable law (72 hours for GDPR, without undue delay for CCPA, as applicable).

To report a suspected breach or security vulnerability, contact legal@facelesstube.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of FacelessTube after the effective date of an updated policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
